It was not the November Nine, but it surely turned out to be a tight birthday for Liv Boeree anyway.

Fresh off her $22,648 profit 528th place within the WSOP, Boeree moved her operation down the road to the Bellagio where the summer's last gasp of hope was playing out within the type of the Bellagio Cup.

It wouldn't be a very simple task. The general table was a who's who of poker greats. Chance Kornuth, Connor Drinan, Adam Geyer, David Peters, Nick Schulman, Kuljinder Sidhu, Byron Kaverman, Daniel Stern, and Pratyush Buddiga rounded out the field.

In the end, Boeree didn't take the cup, but did manage an 8th place finish. While clearly not the most productive day she could've had, the $65,000 she got for her efforts made for a tight birthday.
