Who knows if there'll ever be a sequel to Rounders, but Edward Norton, in conjunction with Jonah Hill, will soon be sitting down at a poker table as a part of an auction held in France on Wednesday by the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation.
According to a report from Bloomberg, DiCaprio held the auction that included high-end artwork and a possibility to play in an individual card game with Norton and Hill, in conjunction with “top poker professionals.”
“You’ll receive coaching from the most effective poker players within the world, and listen to stories over dinner about how the movie [Rounders] that launched the international poker craze was made,” the web site for the auction stated. It’s been nearly TWENTY YEARS because the movie came out.
According to the website, there has been one bid. It was for €110,000.
The site didn’t say where the sport could be held.
The last two auctions by the DiCaprio Foundation raised $25 million and $40 million, respectively.
