Las Vegas Strip's Monte Carlo Casino To Be RebrandedNO Deposit bonus $43

MGM Resorts International announced Friday that its Monte Carlo casino at the Las Vegas Strip might be undergoing a $450 million remodeling and rebranding.

The “transformation,” the corporate said, will include two new hotels, a Las Vegas version of recent York City’s NoMad Hotel and a brand new design from the casino operator called Park MGM.

The casino giant’s partner for the project is New York-based Sydell Group.

“Park MGM and The NoMad Las Vegas become the overall pieces of MGM Resorts’ complete neighborhood redesign of the central Las Vegas Strip neighborhood which began in 2009 with the introduction of CityCenter and saw the hot unveiling of The Park, a spectacular outdoor dining and entertainment district, and the lovely new T-Mobile Arena,” MGM said.

The property can have additional “innovative” food and beverage “experiences,” a move which comes as gambling win as a percentage of total casino industry revenue is at an rock bottom. Las Vegas as an entire is focusing more on non-gaming amenities than ever before in its history.

Because of the changing industry landscape, MGM also decided to begin charging for parking at its Las Vegas casinos, which also include Bellagio, Aria, Luxor and Excalibur.
