The  COG technology was released earlier this month and Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort, and is already the second one casino to launch the innovative technology.

Jackson Rancheria is a brand new client to deal with Advantage, and COG is replacing a competitive solution on the property. COG is fully integrated into Jackson Rancheria’s existing casino management system, and empowers the valuables to expand and enhance its mobile engagement with customers utilizing multiple engines to maintain players’ attention at the app.

Key features include fast feedback with adPressions, real time awards, refer-a-friend rewards and rich, centrally managed content at the customer’s casino amenities. Full social media integration allows users to bridge their online and casino experiences.

“Mobile outreach is a key part of our overall marketing strategy, and we weren't experiencing the consequences we needed with our existing platform. After seeing an illustration of Casino At the Go, we were convinced that its multiple layers of engagement and interactive content made it the answer we were searching for,” said Jackson Rancheria director of knowledge technology Damien Dinh.
