080714 GTR InteractivePro Table from SHIFT Interactive 300SHIFT Interactive, a division of Suzo?Happ Group, and MGM Resorts International have signed a multi?year agreement to support the launch of the InteractivePro Table (IPT). The initial 20 InteractivePro Tables might be installed in this initial market?testing phase at two of Las Vegas’ landmark casinos: MGM Grand and The Mirage.

According to company press materials, the brand new InteractivePro Table offers a novel 10?point multi?touch experience suitable for quite a lot of applications, excellent for television, video and interactive entertainment in bars, casino floors, hotel suites, restaurants and lounges. Each IPT operates with the proprietary InteractiveProVision Platform and alertness that permits as much as four user screens jointly. The IPT is available in three configuration models which can be bar, lounge and dining height. All are product of industrial grade components, ensuring high reliability and suitability to resist harsh public environments.

The InteractivePro Table was originally developed for the Australian sports betting and wagering market, allowing its players to look at sports and access their betting account while on the IPT. Since its inception the table has evolved to a more sophisticated interactive entertainment product.

“We have invested a large amount of effort in reaching the more youthful demographic and we believe that including the InteractivePro Table in our strategic initiatives will revolutionize how Generations X and Y experience MGM properties,” said Tom Mikulich, senior vice chairman of commercial development for MGM Resorts in a prepared statement. “If all goes to plan, we're additional units across multiple MGM properties within the next year. This may increasingly enable us to have a better integration with customers using our current interactive platforms.”

The launch of InteractivePro Table fortifies a long?standing relationship between MGM Resorts International and the Suzo?Happ Group. “MGM is a recognized authority in gaming and hospitality and we now have been fortunate to have unceasing opportunities to work alongside them for greater than a decade,” said Jim Brendel, CEO and president of Suzo?Happ. “Introducing our InteractivePro Tables at their properties supports both our plans for the future.”
