Craft beer—BARLEY’S CASINO & BREWING COMPANY

 Barley’s Casino & Brewing Company, located in Henderson, along with Nevada Beverage, now offers its craft beers at various locations within the valley. From its signature Red Rock Lager to an Imperial Nut Brown Ale, its craft brews are hopping. 

For years, Barley’s beers was offered at its fellow Wildfire Gaming establishments and it has recently expanded alongside the growing popularity in craft brewing. Both the Red Rock Lager and Blue Diamond beer can be found at Barley’s neighbor, Galaxy Luxury+ Theaters, for refreshing beers to further enhance its movie viewing experience. Barley’s brews will also be found at bars including Hard Hat Lounge, Legends Sports Bar & Grill, Streets of latest York Pizza and Timeout Sports Lounge, to call a few, in addition to several Station Casinos locations

The popular wine and liquor chain, Total Wine & More, began offering Barley’s brews on tap at its Summerlin and Henderson stores in May of this year to great reception. At any time, both locations could have one to 2 beers from Barley’s on tap, rotating the beer varietals. Additionally, Jeffrey “Bubba” Amas, the Brew Master at Barley’s created a hopped up version of his Red Rock Lager for Total Wine making a brew more in keeping with an India Pale Ale that has grown in acclaim for late. Total Wine offers Barley’s brew to-go with 64-oz growlers ($5.99) or in kegs ($99.99).

Recently, Nevada Beverage Company, one of the vital city’s premier beer distributors, was available in the market for locally-brewed brown ale and had tasted Barley’s seasonal brew, the Nut Brown Imperial Ale, and after adjusting his brewing schedule to house their request, Bubba will now brew the ale year-round and any additional kegs of it will likely be available at Barley’s brewery.

In addition to the growlers and kegs offered at Total Wine, Barley’s offers all of its beers fresh on tap in quite a lot of sizes (12-oz Shorts for $3.25, 20-oz Talls for $4.25 or 32-oz X-Large for $5), in growlers (64-oz for $8.99 with $4.99 refills) to take home in addition to kegs.

Barley’s year-round beer portfolio, available on the brewery itself, consists of: 

• Red Rock, a marzen-style lager that may be a traditional Oktoberfest beer
• Blue Diamond, a German helles-style lager
• Black Mountain, a German dunkel lager
• Boulder Gold Hefeweizen, a Bavarian wheat ale

Barley’s also has one to 2 seasonal beers available always. Currently, Barley’s is offering its Imperial Nut Brown Ale with an India Pale Lager already brewing for a late December release.
